Walk & Talk Volunteers play a key role in creating a welcoming, engaging experience that helps participants feel energized, supported, and part of something bigger.

As a volunteer, you’ll jump into a variety of hands-on roles to help the event run smoothly from start to finish. Whether you’re setting up, greeting participants, or helping with activities, your support keeps everything moving and engaging.

Volunteer responsibilities may include:

• Event prep, such as printing materials, gathering signage, or completing the pre-event packing checklist. 
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown.
• Loading and unloading supplies and materials.
• Supporting participant check-in and on-site registration.
• Helping with giveaways, raffles, and engagement activities.
• Providing general support wherever needed throughout the event.
• Leading the group walk or following in the back to ensure no one gets lost, injured, or left behind.
